Rules [Abridged] (PLEASE read before doing anything.)

---Please try to keep your posts to at least a paragraph.

*---This is mostly an Asian RP. Please keep the fandom limited to musicians and limited models/hosts.

*---Because Kpop is allowed, fandom bashing will NOT BE TOLERATED. You only get one warning. There is no reason to be a bitch about someone else's musical tastes. If it bothers you, suck it up. Let's try to keep this a friendly place.

---YOUR USERNAME MUST BE THE NAME OF THE MUSE/CHARACTER YOU ARE PLAYING.

---Check the character list to see if your muse is already taken.

--- Post your app within one week, otherwise you are invalid.

---YOUR APPLICATION MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE POSTING ANYTHING!

---When posting, put the title and who it is for in it, if it is open, and the rating if it is more adult content.
               Example: One fine night [Reita]

---Admins have the right to deny apps if they aren't appropriate.

*---There is no more character limit. However, please be sure that you can keep up with your muses. If the activity of the muse is inactive or has not been in game for a month, you will be reminded, and if it is not fixed in some way, speak with an admin on why the character has not been in play, we will do our best to work with you.

---Please try to make at least one post about every week. If you can't for whatever reason, please contact an Admin and something will be arranged so you won't be deleted.

---Please keep your language to English. If you use any other language like Japanese or Korean, please use subtitles in your post and/or post the translation to words you use commonly in the translation section. Not everyone knows the same languages as you, so please be respectful to them.

---There will be MATURE CONTENT on this forum. This includes violence, BDSM, adult language and all that fun stuff. This is also a YAOI forum meaning lots of guy action. You don't like it, say so or learn to deal.

---M-Preg is allowed, but not required.

*---Children applications are a similar process as the muse applications, simply follow the guidelines and use the blank app. The children forum is HERE. Please read all sections.

---This is an AU RP. Don't like it, don't join.

*---If anyone has any comments, questions, or suggestions to make Eternity in Pieces better, by all means feel free to contact an Admin and make yourself heard, or utilize the weekly chat option.

Rules Abridged

Okay, so it seems there are a few things we forgot to mention in the rules. And a couple things we would like to add. We are still trying to work out a few kinks, so please bare with us.

1. BE RESPECTFUL All of us are very different and we realize this, but there is no reason to be rude to the others here. Please watch your words, because even if you are joking, in text it may come across a different way. This is meant to be a friendly and peaceful place and if people are being rude or bitchy it takes the whole point away from it being fun.

*2. Do your research If you want to RP with a particular muse, or any really, make sure you read up on them so you know their abilities and personality. That way you aren't sitting there confused or pissed because you don't understand what happened. Read about it HERE Research is VERY NECESSARY when creating your character, remember that we will check the information if the character is a well known entity.

3. Chatbox We will not ban all OOC talk, but we would prefer that if you want to have a full conversation with someone OOC, that you message them in another form. As long as everyone is being respectful, there is no restriction on OOC in the chatbox. If there is anyone being rude or disrespectful, a restriction will be set and enforced on either the member or the chatbox as a whole.


4. Troublemaker Muses For your muses, don't create them just to cause trouble please. We understand if your muse is a complete jerk or whatever, but if they are only here to cause problems for the other muses it will only result in restrictions and banning for you. It isn't worth it.

5. Application Process If an app isn't accepted or accepted right away, don't get pissy please. We have other things we do as well, just like you. If we don't accept at all, most likely we will state the reason.

6. Grammar When writing, please don't use any short hand, text talk, acronyms, etc. This includes things like 'cuz' and other things that can't be thought of at the moment. Not all of us can understand these and they can even be quite annoying to try to read. We all are adults or at least have made it through some language classes, so should know how to type properly. It doesn't take that much longer to hit a few more keys, really. Some common acronyms are okay like: LOL, JK, BRB, GTFO, STFU etc. (and we better not see the last two unless you are purely joking...).

7. Death There is absolutely no character death unless consented by the character that is dying. So if your character gets themselves fucked over, don't worry, they won't die unless you say so. If your muse does die, please PM the admin to let them know and they will put you in the deceased category. Torture and things like that are acceptable as long as the person doing the torturing warns their victim first. If you ask for it with your character, please don't complain later about it out of character.

8. Respect for Replies Please understand that everyone has their own things going on. So if they are not replying right away or something of that nature, be respectful about it. The writer may have a block, be busy with real life, be in a particular mood, or would like to take their time to put the best effort into it. Do not continue to bother them, it may cause them to not want to continue any longer.

9. Chatbox Use You do not have to be approved to use the chatbox, only post in threads.

*10. Cbox Use This little box will be used for short messages, 'I'm going offline', 'Replied _____ (name of the person/muse)', 'I'll be away for the day/this date' 'Hey _______ can you come onto Skype/MSN/AIM/Whatever?', 'I need an admin please', 'I have a question!' that kind of thing. RP is only done in the main chatbox, and is limited to ONLY OOC matters. Please keep this in mind, and an admin WILL be watching the box.


Remember:There has to be a level of maturity when role playing in a forum-based community especially when dealing with adult content. This includes but does not limit to: ooc behavior, plotting, age group, one on one behavior and interaction. We want the forum to be conducted on a mature adult level, so please follow all of the rules and if there are any problems PM the Admin and we will take care of it.

*EDIT [As of 4/2/2014]:
For returning/reclaiming characters, my apologies, but there has been a change in policy on the reclaiming of characters.

• For children: Choice will be presented first to the sire of the child.
  
• Only the child's sire may have first choice. No one else may choose who keeps the listed character/child.
  
• We will not accept 'so-and-so told me to keep such-and-such-character' as reasoning in accordance to the reclaiming of a character/child.
  
• As such, please provide a legitimate reason when picking up a character/child. Be it that they were/are yours, or if you are considering picking them up (in reference to those available for revamping).
  Proper Example: 'I'd like to pick up such-and-such-character because I feel that, since the original owner has not returned to bring them back, it would be a great loss to the forum. I feel that with a little work, bringing them back would be a good decision and I ask that you give me a chance.' If applicable, please provide any characters of your own that have any relation to the character you wish to pick up.
  Unacceptable Example: 'Yeah so-and-so said I should keep them, and I feel really bad about just leaving them there like that in such-and-such thread. Lol so yeah.' This will not be accepted.
  
• Anything less than a proper and legitimate reason will be rejected/disregarded.
  
• If you are not the owner of the character that sired a child that you wish to pick up/keep, you must ask the child's sire. Only if they give their permission may you keep the character/child.
  
• These changes go into effect immediately, and will as such affect all returning characters.
  

EDIT [4-5-2014]:
To be fair, PLEASE ask before joining an already-established thread. The [open] denotation indicates that the first thread post was open for replies. Once a reply-order has been established, that is how the thread should remain unless it is agreed by the posters that you may join the thread. It may seem a little strict, but jumping in on someone else's thread after a few pages of replies can be a tinge rude.

Please also change the [open] denotation on your threads to include the characters that have answered/joined into it to help prevent this in the future.

EDIT 4-13-14
-Dis-allowment of true gods/goddesses is now instated. Please note that this was taken into consideration earlier this week, and will affect any unaccepted applications.
    Reasoning: True Gods/Goddesses cannot be killed. While we do love the idea of necromancy, it is unfair for the possibility of a character dying time and again and coming back every time. This allows for god-modding, which is forbidden in the forum.
-Allowment of only Pagan Gods/Goddesses.
    Reasoning: Pagan and Lesser Gods/Goddesses are possible to be killed. This is to make things fair between all users, in the event that someone wishes to kill off their character permanently in some way.
