At one time, he was considered a Rain God.

Personality: Tsuzuku is temperamental at best, and an asshole at worst. Impatient and unconcerned for nearly any other fellow beings out there. Very little intrusion is welcome into his span of attention and he prefers to be left alone to do his 'hunting' in peace. He's  meticulous and not at the same time. It's best to stay out of his way because he will make you pay for it if not.

Likes: Blood, inflicting pain, gore, others screams, collecting eyes and faces of people while they're still alive and preserving them.

Dislikes: Humans, angels, small childrens laughter or in general anyone elses happiness.

Strength: He's stubborn to a fault but intelligent and hard working, though not kindly in any way.

Weakness: Impatient, unforgiving, occasionally acts rashly.

Character history: Tsuzuku grew up in hell, raised as royalty and treated as such. Nothing has never been within his grasp, or if it was, he didn't wait long for it to become his. He grew up among the others but preferred mostly to stick by himself with the occasional exception. Those who grew up around him quickly learned that he was someone to be easily trifled with and that he would very much hold up to his word to skin someone alive if he could be bothered. He became notorious for skinning people of their faces in his teens and has since made a rather large collection of those as well as eyes in his home.

Role play Sample: Tsuzuku waited in the human realm for a good victim, his eyes scanning people from his car as they came and went along a busy street. A house party was going on right down the road, and it was setting up to offer a good haul for him if he played his cards correctly. There wasn't anything quite like a frat party where people made themselves willing victims for him. The night crept on and he waited, occasionally dozing off as boredom overcame him until the early morning hours came around. It was probably around 3 am when he finally slipped out of his car and shut the door silently, long strides carrying him down the sidewalk in silence until they brought him upon the house. The door was unlocked, of course, making it easy pickings for him to step inside and lock it and every other exit among the house before gathering drunken young men and women and tying them down to chairs or whatever he could find.

Once that was all settled he began his work, pulling out his favorite knife and moving to slip the blade between the muscles and skin of a lovely young lady who was drooling in her sleep, the utensil following the curve of her jaw as if cutting through butter, reaching almost half way before the pain seemed to register with her and she uttered a drunken moan, stirring slowly as Tsuzuku continued to work upwards, flaying away the bloody flesh from muscle until it was completely removed as the girl regained a sober consciousness and began to scream in time for him to shove the blade into her throat and yanking it upwards in a smooth motion, silencing her for the most part. A garbled gurgle of blood and air hissing from her wind pipe the other noise left as the life began to drain from her. Tsuzuku moved then and began removing her eyes, gentle as he always was with them and placing them in a jar. This vacation to the surface with Belial was paying off.
