Alright so hiding in the midst of humans wouldn't be too bad, he thought. Yoshi had enough to cover a place for he and his twin to stay for a little while, enough time for them to hide out. Coming from Heaven was a far cry from the place he had found, but it was posh enough for them to enjoy. He had found some clothes that were his style and size, and had already begun putting them up in their room---their room. The place that Yoshi and Hiro could have as their own sanctuary. Being away from his sibling was hard enough, and there was going to be no way they would be separated again. He vowed on this.

After putting them away, he walked into the full kitchen, beginning to prepare something for he and Hiro to eat. He knew Hiro had a taste for. . .the most gory and disgusting things, but this was his brother. . .an Oni. . .and having a twin that he loved with everything in him being a completely different breed, he would do anything to make his Hiro comfortable. The food he made was steak tartar, raw meat that was still very bloody, and though it made him a little queasy looking at it, he still prepared it, setting it out for Hiro.

His own food was ready, a full fillet of sea bass with capers and lemon baked in butter and over rice. He enjoyed the lighter foods, as always, as his brother liked the heavier. "Hiro-kun, dinner~ " he called out, hoping his brother was finished with what he was doing. He wanted to spend as much time with his sibling as possible, be as close to him as possible and never leave his sight again.

Those startling blue optics were closed, tight shut against the voices which filtered through the window opposite. Even the smell of humans was enough to set him on edge, and everything here smelt like them, the sweet smell of his twin filtering through the rooms of this apartment to create a heady mix of drug like scent. He was trying so hard, breathing steady, keeping his demonic instincts pushed down low, hidden beneath mental walls..keep breathing..in..out.."Hirokun dinner~"

Lids flashed open, the dark haired male snapped from his half daze, a long sigh seeing his form straighten and take him off the floor where he had been laying. At least the cooking was masking other smells for the time being. Hiro puffed wayward strands of raven hair from his vision, lifting a hand to tuck them behind one ear, lobe and cartilage carrying the small silver rings and studs of his kind. Trophies you could call them, a needle hole for each triumph, the stretched lobe a symbol of his comming of age.

"Smells good".

He smiled, usually sharp teeth masked behind a facade of neat blunt pearly whites. He hadn't been 'human' for so long, he needed the practice. He'd change his hair and eyes later, those he was used to hiding, and even in the human world they weren't that odd, there were plenty of punk kids these days. Sliding into his seat at the table, Hiro leaned over his food and inhaled greedily, saliva flooding his mouth already, his stomach reminding him that he'd not eaten for a while. "Itadakimasu~!".

Seeing his brother enter the room, Yoshi smiled brightly and sat at the table, staring at his brother as he spoke the 'blessing'. . . something he found funny and kind of sweet for doing. He had to have only been doing that for his benefit. "I hope you like it. It's not. . .what you are used to but it will suffice, right?" biting his lower lip and toying with the piercing in it. He also had to match up to his brother to blend in with the humans, though he found piercings gross. . .unless they were on Hiro.

"Itadakimasu~" he repeated, smiling even more as he picked up his utensil and began eating his food carefully and with small bites. He wasn't a messy eater in the least, and if anything, he was proper. "What do you want to do after we eat?" he asked, his voice a soft chiming as he tilted his head, his hand covering his mouth to be considerate, swallowing his bite and wiping his mouth with a napkin.

By the time Yoshi was putting that first neat mouthfull on his tongue, Hiro had the meat between clawed hands and was sinking unmasked fangs into the raw slab, humming contentedly to himself as the bloody juice dripped messily down his chin. The darker of the pair never ate in public and this was the reason why. He had no taste for normal food unless it was chocolate..or sweet fruit such as pinaple, and his table manners were non-existant.

The demon in him shone brightly as he tore his way through the steak, gulping the food down until he was lapping the remains from the plate with an animalistic hunger. Only once he was done did he lift his head to tip it sideways at Yoshi's question.

"It was nice, thankyou." He licked his lips, bringing up fingers to begin cleaning the remains of his dinner from long digits.

"You can choose something, I don't really mind." After he'd eaten he would usually sleep, but there wasn't enough food to make him drowzy this time.

Now Yoshi had eaten with his brother at meal times quite often as they were growing up, but since their separation, the angel had been in the Heavens, squandered away. Seeing his sibling eat, he cleared his throat and glanced down to his food, eating as carefully and precise as he always had, not a drop spilled.

The look on Hiro's face as he was cleaning the plate. . .then cleaning his claws and fingers, he had to smile. He was with his brother once again, and manners or not, he still found his twin. . .eccentrically attractive. Reaching over to tilt Hiro's head back up into place, he smiled warmly and nodded once. "It was no problem. I missed cooking for you. Remember when the nurse found me in the kitchen, I was in the oven and you were by it, they thought you were going to cook me? And we were just playing hide-and-seek."

The heels of his palms went to his chin, holding his head up as he gazed to his sibling, the smile ever present. "Well, I don't know. A movie would probably sound boring to you. I'm up for anything though." his index finger tapping his piercing, even though he wasn't certain if he liked it or not, it matched his sibling and it was interesting to play with. As he gazed to Hiro, a light flash of silver slipped across his irises, filling a small amount of them with the silver hue.
